Inspection
Bohlman’s Pest Services offers a no cost-no obligation inspection of your home or business. The interior of the building, exterior perimeter, fence line and attic space will be inspected. Upon completion of the inspection a treatment strategy will be designed.

Treatments
Bohlman’s Pest Services will recommend an appropriate termite treatment. Deciding on the correct treatment involves the type of construction, conducive conditions, tolerance of chemicals and budgets.

Traditional Treatments
Bohlman’s Pest Services uses non-repellent chemicals, Termidor and/or Premise. The termites cannot detect the termiticide and the workers after entering a treated zone transport the products back to the colony. This treatment can be performed to the entire structure or to a localized area depending on desired level of protection, warranty considerations and the customer’s budget.

Baiting System (First Line GT Plus)
Baiting programs are recommended only when termites are discovered on the exterior of the structure. Monitoring stations are established every ten feet around the exterior perimeter. The monitor stations are inspected monthly. If any stations have termite feeding they are replaced with bait stations. This process continues until there is no more feeding on any of the monitor stations or bait stations. There after, the structure is inspected quarterly.
